Before founding Pak Saaf, Amir held senior leadership positions at some of the most prominent local and international organizations, including Promenade Mall in Toronto, Dolmen Mall Clifton, and Aga Khan University Hospital. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen critical functions such as security, housekeeping, hygiene, and landscape management, consistently maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In his most recent corporate role, from 2013 to 2022, Amir served as Facility Manager at Aga Khan University Hospital, where he was responsible for overseeing campus-wide hygiene and landscape operations. His leadership played a key role in maintaining one of the region's most prestigious healthcare environments, ensuring world-class standards across the facility.
